4.1.2.- Part 1: Axes
As seen in the figure below, the (x,y,z) positions and the axes coordinates are related as:

The origin of the psoitions (0,0,0) is in the intersection of the three axes. The cell (0,0,0) is the closet cell to the origin. The cell number grows along the axes.

Important notes
Electron transport can only take place along the x axis. Thus, the "FLAGELECTRONS" in volume properties (see Part_1:_Volume_properties) can only be activated (TRUE) having this restriction in mind.
