Abstract format

A 2-page abstract has to be written according to the instructions of the following WORD or LATEX templates:

Abstract submission

Abstracts must be sent directly to the conference E.mail (upon2015@uab.es) with (i) the Latex (with the figures) or WORD file plus the PDF, (ii) the Name of the presenting author (iii) the Topic and (vi) Your preference for oral or poster presentation.

 

You will receive an email confirming the successful submission of your abstract in less than two working days.

Abstacts submitted after the deadline February 15 25, 2015 may only be accepted for a poster presentation.

 

 

Abstract reviewing process

The conference tradition dictates that to be accepted each proposal (oral or poster papers) has to be reviewed using double-blind refereeing process by the Scientific Committee.

Accepted abstracts will be published in a Book of Abstracts with an ISBN (abstract submission implies the author's agreement for public dissemination), which will be distributed in the conference.
